Hello all,
I new in VP and can't connect with my remote MySQL server

Please make sure all your database settings have been entered correctly. I suggest you verify it by using MySQL client.
Secondly, please send me your log file to checking. You can find it from the bin folder of VP Suite installation directory.

Please make sure all your database settings have been entered correctly. I suggest you verify it by using MySQL client.
Secondly, please send me your log file to checking. You can find it from the bin folder of VP Suite installation directory.

The problem may come from firewall, invalid port, accessing restriction and etc. Please use MySQL client to test the connection (PS. please test in the same machine as VPUML, and with the same user)
