It fails if the project contains no diagrams (only classes).
Well, it is not normal to have a project w/o diagrams, so no real problem here. I just write this to let you know about that.

Hello distansia,
As I know the Repair Project was fixing problem related to shape. If there is no diagram, there is no shape (note: shape =/= model), so repair won't work. Let me discuss with our team first. Finally, I agree it is bad to just say "Repair project failed".
