HI Claude-Antoine,
I am so sorry about the problem. May I know whether your installation was made by running VP Suite installer or BP-VA installer? I am going to send you a patch that fixes the problem.
Best regards,
Jick

I installed the software using an .exe file (Business_Process_Visual_ARCHITECT_Windows_2_1_20070815.exe),
and then upgraded it using BPVA Update2.1
I'm then waiting for your patch.
Regards,
Claude-Antoine

Hi Jick,
the patch has no effect on the project.
I open my project with the patch, and nothing was fixed.
I tried to draw new lanes, but the trouble is still here.
I tried to "Repair Project" but it did not work.
Do you want me to send you a sample of my project ?
Regards,
Claude-Antoine

Hello Claude-Antoine,
The resize problem could be caused by a bug in earlier build. As I have noticed your project has only 1 diagram. I guess it is not a complete one, right? Could you send me your complete project, and let us fix the pool size for you?
Best regards,
Jick

Hi Jick,
I am experiencing the same problem. Moreover, when I assign any child element to a pool, it is not then possible to resize the pool.
Best regards, Artur

Hi Artur and other users,
We are so sorry for this problem. We are going to release a hotfix within this few days which fixes the resize problem completely.
Artur, if your problem is about unable to resize, the above patch should help. If the problem is about the mismatch of length between lane and pool, the fix is not yet ready. We are now fixing it. I will post here (reply this thread) when the fix is available.
Once again, sorry for any inconveniences the problem may cause you.
Best regards,
Jick

Hi Jick,
Thank you for quick answer. Will the patch work with other VP products ?
Best regards, Artur
