After changed the language in preference, Chinese can be show well, but I can't input Chinese, if it's related to Input Method?

Thanks for your post. Do you mean you change the language in our application (Tools > Options > General > Appearance > User Language) or in your system?
Also, may I know can you input Chinese before (e.g. in other program)?

1 I changed the language in VP-UML community edition, VP-UML can show Chinese very well.
and I can input Chinese in other programs.

2 But when I try to input Chinese, the letters I entered were showed without underline,so I can't get Chinese.
you know, generally, while input Chinese, input method shall underline text automatically.

I try it again and found the problem, it maybe related to input method.

Here is the result of my test:

1 If the Chinese input method is opened, then start VP-UML, can't get Chinese.

2 but if the current input method is English, after start VP-UML, then switch to Chinese input method, can input Chinese.

It's a little strange, but reasonable. I don't know if VP-UML can check this situation?

We tried with JRE 1.5.0_16-b06-284 and it resolved the problem, could you please update to JRE 1.5.0_16 and let me know if it works fine? Thanks!
