Hi lagson,
Assuming that you have 2 projects, A and B. Now, you want to import a diagram from project B to project A...
1. Open project B
2. Select File | Export | VP-UML Project from the main menu
3. Select the diagram to export
4. Export the project.
5. Open project A
6. Select File | Import | VP-UML Project from the main menu
7. Import the exported project
