Hola... para empezar, hablo español, asi que mis disculpas si no es correcto lo que hago.

Cuando hago la descripción textual de los casos de uso, tengo que hacerlo en la parte de analisis textual o en la parte de que dice "Use Case Especification".

Hi user,

We do not know Spanish, but as far as we understand, you have questions about Use Case and Textual Analysis.

I suggest you to start from the Textual Analysis, then extract the candidate use cases from the problem statement. After that, create models from the candidate use cases, and reuse them in your use case diagrams.
