I cannot seem to remove the ID from my diagrams even though the
'Show ID' option is set to 'Do not Show'. How can I fix this problem?

Hi jgagnon,
I believe that you have set the global options (Tools > Options) which affects only new diagrams. Please try the diagram based option instead:
- Right-click on the BPD
- Select Presentation Options > Show ID of Elements > Not Show from the popup menu.

When I right click, the Presentation Option does not appear in my drop down. Can you reference this is the manual so I may see an example?
