Hi Jick.
My company is having some issues with Licenses we purchased for the BPVA modeler. We bought 1 year licenses about 30 days ago, and we were sent the license keys. The problem is they expired yesterday (after only 30 days) and now we are halted in our work.
The purchaser has attempted to contact Visual Paradigm yesterday and today through multiple channels and has received no response at all. Can you please either help us get the licenses yourself, or direct me to someone that can?
Please respond early in your day as I will be checking later tonite to see if I can get this solved so we will be able to get work done tomorrow.

I've sent you an Email. I guess that you are still running the tool with an evaluation key. Please ask the account owner to download the key and it import it into BP-VA to make it work.
