I have this error when I try to generate an Html or word report.

Hi Ttyka,
Your problem was actually fixed in September. In order to get the fix, please run the product updater in the bin folder of your BP-VA installation.
On another note, the version that you are using is quite old. I don't know if you are our customer and have an active maintenance contract. If your maintenance is still active, would you consider to upgrade to BP-VA 2.2 Service Pack 1? We've performed many bug fixes and enhancement since BP-VA 2.1, the version that you are using.
