I'd like to have you consider supporting the "other" ORM, Object Role Modeling, recently adopted at Microsoft, and built into Visual Studio. This has intrinsic support for Roles and allows for easily captured use cases to be converted directly into an ORM model. See http://orm.net for more info on the subject. The best authority on this is Microsoft Research Fellow Dr. Terry Halpin.
