Could you please try to define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME environment variable to point to JDK, or add java path to PATH variable to see if your problem can be solved?
BTW, you can define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME environment variable in System Properties dialog (see image).

I have downloaded the latest update, and now I have the same problem. I have tried the solution at the top of this page and it hasn’t solved it. Any suggestions please?
