Good day,

Please I have a problem with Installing A3 Platform by

simply starting the service.bat on our Windows Small Business Server; it keeps complaining of the Java_Home environment variable; and the JDK is already installed and the Java_Home environment variable has already been configured too.

Please I have a SUN GlassFish Application Server; can i get instructions as to how to extract the application off the tomcat bundle and deploy it on the SUN GlassFish Application Server.

Thanks for your post. To deploy A3 Platform on GlassFish Application Server, please download A3 Platform Web Application only from our website ( http://www.visual-paradigm.com/download/a3platform.jsp ). You can refer to the attached image of how to download the Web Application of A3 Platform.

After downloaded, you just need to extract the A3 Platform to the web application directory. Please let me know if you have any further inquiry.
