Please try:

1. Right-click on the Person class and select Open Specification from the popup menu
2. Open the ORM Class Detail tab
3. Click on the Subclasses... button
4. Apply 'Table per Subclass' as the strategy for both the subclasses. (see the attached image)
5. Sync. to ERD
