php orm code generation and ezPDO

just wanted to know if i can customize the generated orm classes, so i can use:

a different orm lib?
change the default method names?
change the "method logic"?

etc ...

would be perfect if yes, would be .. mmm, sad ... if not. don't use ezpdo currently, so it would be sad, not to use reengeneering and "create code & database" :(

the code templates in "instant generator" does not look like the right place.
