I guess, there is nothing specific as such for 'workflow mgmt'. U can take any of the examples and try to work it out.. like, for eg; library info system, payroll pkg, hotel mgmt, etc. etc.. !!
Well.. this is just my opinion!! I'm also a newbie here..
