debugging plugin

Hello,

is it possible to use a debugger with visual paradigm? I want to have debugging features e.g. single step execution for my plugin.
What I found out so far is that the "run_vpuml" scripts runs "java" with the "com.install4j.runtime.Launcher" class. This class starts a new virtual machine loading the splashscreen and the program itself. This is a problem, since the depugger only sees the launcher and not the actual program. Which class do I have to use to start VP directly? I use eclipse as programming environment.

Thanks!
