I am new to Visual Paradigm. What is the diagram to use when I want to design code-logic for say, a method, using UML. Please also point me to the tutorials available for the above diagram.

Does Sequence Diagram helps? It lets you model the dynamic behavior of your system. With Sequence Diagram, you can specify which Object talks to which one else, which operations (methods) are invoked and their sequence. For details, please watch this movie:
