Thanks for your query. You can do the following with our tools:
1. reverse existing database to ERD
2. modify the ERD
3. generate update to the database

However, there are some limitations on it. When alter existng table, it only supports adding new column, renaming/deleting existing column is not supported since it's dangerous and may cause data loss.
