I’m trying to install VP on windows server 2012 R.
when i’d tried to run install_service.bat i get the message below. I have already tried the solutions proposed in the previous topics. can you please give me a hand.

I tested with Windows server 2012. I got a little problem but different from yours.
Then I tried run command prompt as administrator and problem solved.
And I found the path in your log is wrong: “bin…\jre”
Are you running the script in “C:\Users\ab.bennis\Desktop\VP_Server_15_0_20180404_Win6
4\VPServer\scripts” folder?

I run the install service using administrator acesse from the script folder. I noted also that after i run install_service.bat the path changes in the cmd prompt (see the image below).
Would you mind try to install tomcat service to identity whether it is a general install service problem in your windows, or specific problem of VPServer?
