Can you try to run the Application/scripts/VisualParadigm.bat from the InstallFree?
The problem seems comes from our installer library; Using InstallFree + .bat, can run VP without the installer library. Hope it can run VP on your PC first.
We are still trying to find out the problem and solution of this error.
