I just bought a lisence for VP-UML Standard Edition. It is version 6.1 build 20070907a. My only gripe is that it takes a minute (I clocked it) to load. Is this normal? It’s on a new laptop with WinXP SP2, 1Gb of ram a dual core pentium cpu. Any help on speeding this up? Windows doesn’t even take this long to load.

Nevermind :oops: I just updated my java runtime from 1.52 to 1.60 and now it’s very snappy. Is there any way in the future to know what the recomended java version is?
Actually that didn’t help. It always loads quicker once you run the program once. Still looking for any help/ insights.
