Now I am getting problems with getting the license manager coming up. I have a licensed copy of 2.0 pro but now it’s not letting me get into the application. The license manager shows my valid license for 2.0 but doesn’t allow this to be valid.

If you have bought the maintenance, you will get the upgrade key by your registered email. If you still not receive the upgrade key, please send email to license@visual-paradigm.com to obtain the key. If there are any problem, you can contact us again.

I got the license key, the license manager reports that the key (upgrade to 2.1) has been imported successfully. However the key does not appear in the list of regsitered keys and VPUML shuts down.
