C# update code using namespace and folder

I’m using SDE 4.4 for VS2008. It works good but I don’t understand why after created a class diagram, added a package and within the package several classes, genereted code does’t corrisponding folder based on their package name.
For the classes the package name appears in the code as the correct namespace which is good.
Is there anyone can help me, please?
