Community Version Sync?

Does the community version of the SDE not support the code generation and synchronization that is mentioned on the website? Is there a place that lists all of the capabilities of the different versions?

Patiently waiting for a reply (as my browser has done quite often today).

I understand that the site is regarding VP-UML however it is also the same for SDE.
