Creating XML Template with Comment field

We are using ERD modelling. For the entity we use the tab Comments to describe the elements.

Now we want to export these comments (1 or more) with DOC Composer by creating your own XML file/template.

With this XML code i can show every comments-TITLE, but we want to display the comments-CONTENT for every attributes. Any suggestions how this should work in XML?
