Thank you for your post. Would you mind showing me some screenshots about the problem? Also, could you post the log here so that our developers could check what the problem is? Thank you in advance!

Best regards,

Hi tgrip,

Thanks a lot for the log contents. Could you post the log file instead of part of its content? This is because the log file may contain useful information such as build number, which is important for us to locate the problem region. Thank you!

Best regards,
Jick

hi Jick,

sure, here it is.

thanks

Hello Theodor,

Is this problem the same as the one you posted in the DBVA forum?
http://forums.visual-paradigm.com/posts/list/1637.html#5970

Best regards,
Jick

hello,

I think the problem is similar, but it is not the same. I am using the same database, but this problem was resolved with the instalation of DBVA, while the other problem remains that I can not generate the classes.

best regards
Theodor

Hi tgrip,

You said that the problem was resolved with the installation of DBVA. May I know what product caused the problem before? Was it the old version of DBVA, or another product?

Also, I notice that you haven’t mention whether you were trying to generate database or code. Could you clarify? Thank you.

Best regards,
Jick

hello,

sorry, my message was a little bit confusing. I have used DB-VA SQL before, and the problem was resolved with DB Visual Architect.
The code generation problem refered to the DB Visual Architect.

thanks
Theodor

Hello Theodor,

Thanks for clairfying the problem. I answered another message sent from you at:
http://forums.visual-paradigm.com/posts/list/0/1637.html#5987

Could you check that out and let me know if the steps can solve this problem as well? Thank you very much!

Best regards,
Jick
