I suggest you use VP-UML. Try Instant Reverse (Tools > Instant Reverse > .Net DLL ane .exe) to reverse engineer class models from your C++ program.

I do not understand your need. What do you mean by whole program? Are you looking for reverse or forward engineering? What is your expected output?
