Installing 10.0 Community Edition with No-Install on Windows

Hi,

I just unzipped my download file for 10.0 Community Edition and it’s not apparent to me what to do. Sorry if I sound foolish, I clicked on the question mark for “No download” on the download page and I’m not able to apply their instructions to my configuration.
