Internal transitions in State diagram are hard to use. They are always the shortest path: the connection points can’t be anywhere in the state border and only “curve” style allow to add turning points.
In this way, become difficult to place labels, because the connection between inner states and container state is very short.
The only solution is to create big container states or use generic connectors, that are not afflicted by this limitation.
Please fix it.
