Java to sequence diagram problem

Hi all,

sometimes the wizard doesn’t give the possibility to select the method , that will be used to generate the sequence diagram. The tree only goes until class level. No icon ±icon to expand a class and select a method within.

What can be the source of that problem, a configuration one?
