Key license problem

The license I imported only worked for the first session,
the next time I accessed the tool, it was requested again so I imported it again and requested again but nothing worked.
What can I do?

I guess that the key was failed to save to our license key repository. Could you attach the file VP-Suite\bin\vp.log to let me take a look? There might be some hints…
