I don’t know if this is a bug, so I post here rather than entering a new bug-report…
When I open a file from explorer my VP env. doesn’t have a menu-bar on top (File, Edit, View, …)
Is this by design? If so, why?

This should be a bug. However, we are unable to reproduce it. Is this problem repeatable by using your project file? If yes, could you please send me your project along with the vp.log file for checking? You can find me at:
