Is there a keyboard combination to change perspectives without having to navigate through the menus?

I regret that there isn’t a direct short cut for switching between perspectives. You may try the following sequence of shortcuts:
Alt-V (Launch the View menu)
O (Stop at Open Perspective)
Down(s) (Select perspective)
Enter (Confirm selection)
