In older versions of VP I was able to generate a PDF that contained the entire project along with all comments and descriptions. I am now using VP 15 Pro but only seem to be able to print diagrams and not the annotations that go with them. Would somebody point me in the right direction.

Thank you for your inquiry. The PDF generation tool has been replaced with a report builder a few versions ago. The report builder is called Doc. Composer. It provides better support for customization, and with a better outcome. You can get your description output in a PDF report using Doc. Composer. I am including a video to show you how it works:
