Problem installing Community SDE 6.1 for Eclipse on Win7 Home 64 bit

When I try to install the Community edition of SDE 6.1 for Eclipse on a Windows 7 Home 64 bit machine I’m receiving the following error during installation:

“c:\Program Files (x86)\VP Suite 5.1\lib\lib01.jar Could not create this file. Shall I try again?”

This is a directory created by the installer.

The installing user is an admin.

The installer version is: VP_Suite_Windows_5_1_20110128.exe.

Any ideas?

It seems the problem is caused by the installer file you downloaded was corrupted. Can you try download it again at the following link and see is it working?
