Problem to Execute or Uninstall

Hello,

I Have a very serious problem with Visual Architect, today when i try to execute, the program display splash screen but don’t start and don’t display any visible message. So i try to uninstall but uninstaller don’t work too. The program appear installed but don’t work. I install java again i try to execute installer again and exit with any message, please any help.

It seems to be very abnormal that the application cannot run after install. Would you mind tell me more details about the problem you experienced? i.e. What OS you are using? And can you send me the vp.log file (inside the bin folder of BP-VA) to have a look?
