I do not want the package name in my lifelines in the sequence diagrams
How do I remove this?

I tried creating a lifeline under a package. This would not lead to the name of that package to appear. Could you upload a sample project to me to take a look your diagram?
Attached is a sample diagram I created. You can see the package name would not appear in lifelines, no matter it is just a lifeline or with a classifier selected.
