Sales support page not working

Hello, sorry for choosing this way.

I bought a modeler license (2.9.2021). Visual Paradigm now wants a perpetual license. I got no e-mail just from Paypal. The login and the customer service center does not work. The password reset says there has been send a new password to my e-mail adress - but no e-mail. The sales support page also does not work either.

Please help!
