SDE for netbeans Freeze

I have a machine with 736 Mb RAM celeron 2.0 Ghz and Linux mandrake 10.0.
When i try to start SDE (tools->start SDE CE-NB) first window open and remain freeze in “inizializing SDE CE-NB…”
