What is the type of tag value “model element” and how to use him? In the documentation I can’t find related topic.

In VP-UML a tagged value can either be Text, which is string value like “ABCD”, or it can be a model element, which is any model element (Class, Use Case, Association, State, …) in the model repository of the project.
