Text on VP for UML enterprise is dim look like text in pdf files

I use VP for UML enterprise on Win XP pro. And I see the text look like on these image http://forums.visual-paradigm.com/posts/list/6206.html
It not clear like this http://forums.visual-paradigm.com/posts/list/2552.html
Event on the same PC, when open Shape Editor it is clear text while VP for UML enterpise is not.

Hi Lovevp,

Thanks for your post. By default we enable anti-aliasing for the application, so you may find the text is somehow vague. You can try to disable it with the following steps and see if you feel better:

  1. open VPSuite/bin folder
  2. copy the name of launcher e.g. Visual Paradigm for UML 6.3 (do not copy the file extension)
  3. create a blank new file with .vmoptions as extension inside the VPSuite/bin folder (e.g. Visual Paradigm for UML 6.3.vmoptions)
  4. open the file, paste “-Dswing.aatext=true” in it and save
  5. double-click on the launcher to run the application.

I’m sorry that I provided wring script in step 4, it should be:

  1. open the file, paste “-Dswing.aatext=false” in it and save
