The Dll / exe is not a .NET compatible

Hello sir,
I am using Visual Paradigm 5.3(Enterprise Edition) to reverse engineer a VB.net exe, but i get an exe/dll not .net compatible error. I am using Visual Studio Express 2003(.Net framework 1.0). Is there any solution? i m in need? pls help me directly to my mail id- rituraj20m@hotmail.com . i will be very much thankful to you.( i got ur mail id on the forum itself).
