Unable to display properties in <<deployment spec>>

I am creating deployment diagrams and want to display properties or tags inside nodes, executionEnvironment, and deployment specs, but have found no way to do so. While you can create tags, operations, and attributes there doesn’t appear to be any way other than a note to do something like:

CPU: 2x3GHz Intel Pentium
RAM: 4GB
DASD: 250GB

Hi Terry,

Actually you can change the tag by changing teh stereotype of the node. Here are the steps:

  1. Right-click on the Node and select Open Specification… from the popup menu.
  2. Switch to the Stereotypes tab.
  3. Press Edit Stereotypes…
  4. Press Add…
  5. Enter the Stereotype name.
  6. Click Ok
  7. Click OK
  8. Click >> to assign the stereotype to the Node
  9. Click Ok
