User Interface Mode Not Supported

Hi,
I downloaded Visual Paradigm and I can not install it, I get the message:
"Installer User Interface Not Supported, The installer cannot run in this mode. Please review the installer’s documentation to determine how to run this installer."
This message pops up just in the begining of the installation on Win XP Pro, what should I do? Where can I find ‘the installer’s documentation’?

You can try downloading the “No Install” zip file to setup VP-UML for use.
