Using the custom content option when developing a Word Template

I am trying to develop a business process document using data in Aigilian’s Business Process Diagrams. There is an icon for adding a diagram element to the custom content but when I “click” on it nothing seems to happen.

I am trying to use the content to provide formatting of details around roles that is in my case made up of four components from within the Lane Specification - Name (from the General Tab), Tagged Values, Comments and Documentation from the General tab without the additional information such as author , creation date and last update date displaying.

That is I want to create a table where for each Lane in the diagram I create a row in the table and then the columns are Name, Tagged Value, Comments and Dcoumentation. Is there a way for me to create this detail in this way?
