Virus - Kaspersky reports a PDM.Worm.P2P.generic in SetupVS.exe

When I installed an evaluation copy of Visual Paradigm my Kaspersky anti-virus software reported a virus in C:\Program Files (x86)\VP Suite 5.3\dbva\dbvavs2008\SetupVS.exe

Can you confirm this is a false positive?

I won’t purchase until this answer is resolved.

I have attached an image of what Kaspersky reported.

Hello Pete,

This should be a false detection and I think Kaspersky is too sensitive on this. We tested with McAfee and without any problem.
