If I want to check for updates for Visual Paradigm I get the message “Visual Paradigm cannot connect to Update server through internet” and it presents the Proxy dialog to enter details. And I’m not behind a proxy.
I get this message on two different locations (access points).
I’m on Mac OS Catalina. Does anybody know how to solve this?
Thank you for your post. We have tried the update program on various machines in different OS, but were unable to repeat the problem. I am not sure if the problem you encountered was due to a sudden network issue that had been solved… Would you mind trying it again?
