VP for UML 8.1 hangs "Initializing Environment"

Hi

I have a community license for VP for UML 8.1 and requested an upgrade to a trial for the professional. Now when I start VP it hangs at the “Initializing Environment” stage.

Running on XP SP3.

Any suggestions please?

Thank you for your message and would you mind send me the vp.log file to have a look? You can find it inside the bin folder of VP Suite. Thanks in advance!
