VP Suit Update failes


I have installed VP however, running the update application fails. When I run it, it is able to get a list of updates to perform, however, when it tries to download the updates, it tells me

“Product Update has encountered an error and cannot process your request.”

I have tried both update servers with the same result.

Is there anything I can do?

This is due to the fact that we have changed our update mechanism so that older VP Suite Update is no longer compatible. In order to get it works, you need to download the latest VP Suite and install it. Afterwards, the VP Suite will work again. We are sorry for the inconvience caused.
