VPUML doesn't show up

Product : VPUML CE 3.2
Environment : Windows 2000 Service Pack 4

  1. immediately after installation or re-installation, VPUML starts, asks for licence key, and then runs OK.

  2. then, after being closed and restarted, VPUML doesn’t show up again.

In Windows Task Manager, there is no corresponding application behind the “Applications” tab, although “vpuml.exe” process can be found behind the “Processes” tab.

I didn’t find any solution yet but re-installing from everytime I want to start the program. Boring, you will admit…

Any clue what’s happening and how to solve it ?
